The Exante NetSuite integration keeps your accounting data in sync automatically. Once connected through Merge, Exante imports NetSuite invoices, customers, and items so your team can track receivables and customer relationships without manual data entry.

Features

Automatic sync

Run a full initial import when you connect NetSuite, then keep data current automatically in the background.

Invoices

Sync NetSuite invoices into Exante with status, amounts, line items, and due dates.

Customers

Import NetSuite customers as Exante parties with contact information and addresses.

Real-time updates

Process Merge webhooks in near real time, with periodic polling as a safety net for missed events.

How it works

Exante connects to NetSuite through Merge, a unified API that handles authentication and data normalization. You authorize access through Merge Link, and Exante syncs your accounting data automatically. The sync is invoice-driven — customers and items are created in Exante on demand when they appear on a synced invoice. This keeps your Exante data focused on the records that matter for your receivables workflow.
This integration is inbound only — Exante reads data from NetSuite but does not write back. Changes in Exante are not pushed to NetSuite.

Prerequisites

Before installing the NetSuite integration, make sure you have:
  • NetSuite admin access — you need permission to authorize third-party integrations in your NetSuite account.
  • An Exante account — you must be logged in to Exante with access to the organization you want to connect.

Next steps

Install the integration

Follow the Merge Link setup flow and start the initial sync.
