Connect Salesforce

Open integration settings

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Exante and find Salesforce in the CRM section.

Start the connection

Click Connect to open the Merge Link authorization flow. This opens a secure window where you can sign in to Salesforce.

Authorize access

Sign in to your Salesforce account and grant Exante read access to your accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

Wait for initial sync

Exante begins importing your Salesforce data immediately after authorization. The initial sync may take a few minutes depending on the size of your data.

After connecting

Once connected, Exante will:
  • Import all Salesforce accounts as parties
  • Import contacts and attach them to the correct party
  • Import opportunities as documents with deal details
  • Keep data current via background sync (webhooks + periodic polling)
You can check the sync status in Settings > Integrations > Salesforce.

Disconnect Salesforce

To disconnect the integration:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm the disconnection
Disconnecting removes the link between Exante and Salesforce. Previously synced data remains in Exante but will no longer be updated.
