The Exante Salesforce integration keeps your CRM data in sync automatically. Once connected through Merge, Exante imports Salesforce accounts, contacts, and opportunities so your teams can work from up-to-date customer and pipeline context without manual data entry.

Features

Automatic sync

Run a full initial import when you connect Salesforce, then keep data current automatically in the background.

Accounts and contacts

Sync Salesforce accounts into Exante parties and attach contacts under the right company.

Opportunity tracking

Bring Salesforce opportunities into Exante as documents with key deal details for downstream workflows.

Real-time updates

Process Merge webhooks in near real time, with periodic polling as a safety net for missed events.

How it works

Exante connects to Salesforce through Merge, a unified API that handles authentication and data normalization. You authorize access through Merge Link, and Exante syncs your CRM data automatically.
This integration is inbound only — Exante reads data from Salesforce but does not write back. Changes in Exante are not pushed to Salesforce.

Prerequisites

Before installing the Salesforce integration, make sure you have:
  • Salesforce admin access — you need permission to authorize third-party apps for the Salesforce account you want to connect.
  • An Exante account — you must be logged in to Exante with access to the organization you want to connect.

Next steps

Install the integration

Follow the Merge Link setup flow and start the initial sync.
