How it works
Exante connects to Salesforce through Merge, a unified API that handles authentication and data normalization. You authorize access through Merge Link, and Exante syncs your CRM data automatically. This integration is inbound only — Exante reads data from Salesforce but does not write back. Changes in Exante are not pushed to Salesforce.
Prerequisites
Before installing the Salesforce integration, make sure you have:- Salesforce admin access — you need permission to authorize third-party apps for the Salesforce account you want to connect.
- An Exante account — you must be logged in to Exante with access to the organization you want to connect.
