The Exante Slack integration brings your collections workflow into Slack. Once connected, your team can interact with the Exante agent directly from Slack, see rich previews of invoices and documents, and receive automated notifications — all without leaving your workspace.

Features

One-click install

Install via OAuth V2 with a single “Add to Slack” button from the integrations settings page.

Link previews

Paste any Exante URL in Slack and get a rich, contextual preview with key details.

Agent interaction

Mention the Exante bot in any channel, or enable Slack tools on your agents to send messages, list channels, and look up users automatically.

Notifications

Configure per-agent Slack notifications for actions taken, approvals needed, outcomes, and errors.

Channel mapping

Route Slack channels to specific organizations in multi-org workspaces.

Local development

Develop and test locally using Socket Mode — no tunnels or public URLs required.
